Hello people, of the internet, I’m back! Work and life just got busy lately that I didn’t get the chance to shoot more and post. Well, I did some a month ago but didn’t get the chance to really post them. Enough of giving excuses though, let me share to you all our trip to Melbourne, Australia.
I’ve had this trip in my mind for very long and finally, we’re able to pull it off. Husband was not so eager before due financial reasons even though we can afford to go and sometimes I tend to get lazy processing for visa application, so it took this long. But it was all worth it. Just like how we planned for the biggest event in our lives – our wedding – everything just falls into place. Right timing is important, and so our trip to Melbourne was just in time.
Warning: This is a long post, you have the option to leave or continue! Hahaha!
This 7 days long holiday from work, 7 days short to home, was planned since December last year. When my colleague told me that we have 7 days company shutdown for Chinese New Year, I immediately booked a ticket. I didn’t tell my parents about this, and that I have to act as if I will not be going home anytime soon. Few people knew my plans, my sisters, my cousin and my husband.
As the days were approaching, my husband suggested that we should just tell my parents that I will be going home since we were having some issues on how he will fetch me from the airport. I insisted on keeping it as a secret. There’s one time that my mom and I were talking about the Sinulog in San Roque, that I have to ask her if I have a t-shirt too, which as always, I am included even if I am not present, just so I have mine too. Well all of us, in the family have each.
Our final province destination – Oslob.
As stated we head on straight to Oslob for reasons of going to its park and whale shark watching (even though I can’t really dive and take pictures with them, I left it to husband but unfortunately he’s not into it…hahaha).

I have been planning for this for two months that we go on a road trip (by road trip I mean, commute in a bus and just randomly alight to where “I” want to. It’s quote and quote I because Ricci was just a supporter. LOL! He did support me with my crazy ideas but during those trips, he complained a lot! Especially in going to our final province destination and to where we’re going to stay.
This is my grown up Christmas list. ^_^
I almost give up on him, he’s the pain in my head during that time that I almost wanted to shout. He’s such a kill-joy or maybe he’s just afraid that people might fool us and I keep on telling him – “don’t you have faith in humanity?” hahaha! I believe that people in the province area are not bad compared to the city, I mean they don’t take advantage of you being new to the place, and besides I have been to the place once with the pixies and it is only up to us if we’ll allow people to fool us. =)

Hello. I’m back on track. Hopefully! I cannot say that I have never been happy ever since, it’s just that I’m happy I did something for a change. I’m back in my little room with stars that glow in the dark, with my mini library, with my two bed mattress, with my little green cabinet and my little mirror. Aah, I missed these little things so much. I don’t have AC here in my room, I have NA (Natural Air), feels like I’m always on vacation, teeeheee!
